Building your Flat 50 Silo, you will go through various stages of assembly. Some of these steps are self-explanatory and practical, while others will be completely new concepts i.e. The Butterfly Roof. By following the instructions in the booklet provided with your Flat Pack Kit, you should be able to successfully build your Flat 50.

Tow Hitch Assembly

Here is picture of tow hitch assembly. Some blokes were putting it on backwards. Top picture is when tow hitch is on tractor. Bottom picture is when tractor is being moved.

How snapback tow hitch works:

  1. Attach to tractor
  2. Lift hydraulic wheels
  3. Windup side jack
  4. Slide 75x75 lock down
  5. P.T.O plus hydraulic hoses attached
  6. Reverse order when lowering silo to the ground

Side Jack Assembly

  1. Side jack
  2. Bottom place to be teked into place
  3. Weld bottom to upright to stop side jack from kicking out
